Hi Henry. Here is my feedback as your Report for Aug production inspection_BFX-AT100-V2.pptx Still open issue below and let us know customs clearance schedule. 1. HDMI output noise ACTION ITEM : issue analysis schedule after customs clearance 2. Can not google login with RCU ACTION ITEM : issue analysis schedule after customs clearance 4. Ethernet cable packing NG ACTION ITEM : need to vender report. Note. this issue still opened. and Even now, the same defects are occurring. and your report, The Ethernet have 2 kind packing method, Normal the cable have to tie maximum is 120 (+-10 ) mm, but the NG Ethernet cable is 150mm. This is cause incoming material have 2 kind mix together in carton box. -> I can't agree. in approval sheet, only mentioned has only 1 packing method that tie maximum is 120 (+-10 ) mm the tie maximum is 150 (+-10 ) mm is all defect packing methood. Hi SH Thank you for waiting and I'd like to update the analysis report. However, we still need to submit the defects to the vendor for further analysis as explained in the report. I will continue to update if any feedback from Amlogic later. Thanks, Henry |

Hi Henry Chiou reply 0000898:0005372 Thank you for update. But.. this issue is already been 4 months since the issue was opened... So, please push Amlogic and other vender. + please update X-ray image for high resolution or just attached image file (like word file as you attached) Thanks SON |

Hi, Henry After reviewing your report, I commented as below. 1. No HDMI output - Your corrective action is normal factory activities. - Please provide specific solution for prevent ESD at HDMI function ball. 2. Can not google login with RCU - What is your conclusion? SoC damage? or SoC swap? - Please re-ball the SoC, then re-test at normal board. - You shall get corrective root cause about this issue.
